2. What data we collect
Through this website we only collect the data you voluntarily provide via the contact form:
- name;
- email address;
- subject and text of your message.
We do not use profiling systems and we do not collect data for advertising purposes. Some technical data (such as your IP address) may be processed automatically by the server for security and for the correct operation of the site.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We use your data solely to respond to your requests and to handle the bookings or information you ask for. The legal basis is responding to your request (Art. 6.1.b of EU Regulation 2016/679 — GDPR) and, where applicable, our legitimate interest in communicating with you.
4. Third-party services
The site loads its typefaces via Google Fonts. In doing so, Google may receive the visitor's IP address. The site also links to external platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google Maps): when you visit them, their own privacy policies apply, over which we have no control.
5. Data retention
Messages received via the form are kept for as long as needed to handle the request and to meet any legal obligations, after which they are deleted.
6. Your rights
At any time you may exercise the rights under Articles 15–22 of the GDPR: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability. To do so, write to info@rifugionigritella.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).
